Dennie Lees had a natural 34A breast yet she paid £2,375 ie over N6Million to get them increased to a 34F at a cheaper rate. She even flew out to get them enlarged at a clinic in Belgium – one recommended by a friend who had used them before.
A week after her surgery, she returned to UK only for the 24 year-old to discover her breasts leaking with fluid until it burst right in her chest.
It was about nine days after the surgery and I felt a ripple when I was walking. At first I brushed it off but I woke up the next day with the worst fever I had ever had.
I took my sports bra off and it just gushed out, it was like a tap, it was disgusting. I was so scared. My mum and boyfriend took me to hospital with fluid still pouring out of my breasts.
The first thing the next morning I was back in theatre having my breast implants removed.
I woke up with drains still removing all of the leftover fluid. I was in hospital for about five days but I think I cried the whole time I was there.
She was rushed to Sandwell Hospital in West Bromwich, West Midlands, where doctors informed her she had blood poisoning and operated on her to remove the breast implants.
Lees complained to the Belgian clinic, who offered to perform another implant for free to which she agreed. Yet when she got back to the UK last Friday, she felt a familiar ‘ripple’ sensation in her left chest and drove to the hospital.
Back to the hospital again for the same treatment, doctors noticed the implant was infected again and transferred her to another hospital where the infected implant in one breast was removed, leaving her uneven breasts.
Lees said she had wanted boobs since she hit puberty and was blessed with a fat body with A-cup boobs. After using the clinic in Belgium which her ‘friend’ had recommended while in Greece last summer she now has one enhanced breast and one “man boob”.
Suddenly an advocate to teach women the disadvantages for cheap boobs enlargements, Miss Lees, who lives with her boyfriend Ed, 26, in Birmingham, said she would STILL go under the knife to make her breast equal. Some people never learn.
