Nigerian singer, Seyi Sodimu famously known for his 90s hit ‘Love Me Jeje‘ is back to the music scene.
He recently released a remix of the song with American singer, K Michelle and revealed to Thenetng that he’s working on an album which will definitely be ready this year.
In a recent chat with Punch, he however revealed a period in his life when his mum prayed and fasted for him to get married.
In his words, ‘I met my wife in Washington. We were both in the university. I was dating an American girl at that time. I saw her and I felt she was the cutest Nigerian I had ever seen. My mum started praying and fasting and wishing I would marry her because she didn’t want me to marry ‘Akata’ (American). If I hadn’t met her, I would have married an American, I am very sure of that. She was the last person I dated and I married her’.
