Justin Bieber Sued For Allegedly Smashing Man’s Cell Phone At Nightclub

Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000 by a man named Robert Earl Morgan, who alleges the singer smashed his cell phone during a party at Cle nightclub in Houston last month.

According to Morgan’s lawsuit, he began filming Bieber with his phone as the pop star tried chugging a beer bong. The singer then supposedly spilled beer all over himself, and became angry when he spotted Morgan capturing the incident on camera. Morgan claims Bieber grabbed his phone and forcibly threw it to the ground, causing it to be completely destroyed.

Morgan is seeking up to $100,000 in damages because his SIM card was ruined, resulting in him losing important business contacts, as well as sentimental photos. Morgan claims the loss of his professional contacts has hurt him financially, and he’ll also never get back the more than 5,000 photos and videos he took, which documented his travels over the years, says TMZ.

The alleged incident reportedly occurred on the same night that Post Malone was falsely accused of choking Bieber, but as Gossip Cop reported, the two friends were merely joking around. As far as this new lawsuit, Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Bieber to get the singer’s side of the story, but we have yet to hear back.
